SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order information. Within 2-5 business days you will receive another email containing your tracking number and other important shipping information that will allow you to follow your order along the way. Orders take an average of 7-12 days to arrive.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Consumers have a right of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating the reason for the return, by email to info@swissdietkitus.com or by post to the following address: Swiss Diet Kit US, 1621 Shelter Cove Dr. , Greenwood, CA 95635
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send the message regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. If you cancel this contract, we undertake to refund all payments we have received from you, (not including delivery charges).
For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
The refund will be executed once the goods are returned in satisfactory, new condition (unopened!). All return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Swiss Diet Kit US is not responsible if the goods are lost during return shipping. That is why it is strongly advised to return the goods through a tracked mailing service of your choice.
The right of cancellation does not apply in the case of goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
Obvious signs of use, such as make-up or lipstick marks, odor, removed labels, etc. are clear indications of use.
All returned goods MUST be unused and returned in their original conditions and packaging.
Please note that for a cancellation we require a clear statement from you (e.g. letter or e-mail) stating that you would like to return the goods. Please place the items in their original condition in a parcel, with a copy of your cancellation letter including your order number, name, address, and telephone number.
